Working with the “No”s: Confidence and Detachment

Join me for this fun class where we work on building our confidence. Do you ever get thrown off when your sitter says “No” to the information you’ve given? Do you want to hone your ability to confidently roll with the “No”? Do you want to let the “No” actually deepen the information and connection? We will talk about and work on all these things and more. There will be some information and then we will put what we learned to the test with some brief partner exchanges.
-This will be a 2.5 hour class and we may go slightly over time.

-This is a beginner friendly class.
